With just under four weeks left until Farr Festival 2018, we are super excited to drop this little teaser video from our friends over at Family Creative in announcement that we will be making it for the weekend for the fifth time this year! Well, they didn’t actually make it for us, we’re just pretending to make ourselves feel better.
Whilst 2019 will become the year that Farr hits a decade milestone, the guys working away in the woods have made sure there’s plenty of new stuff for us to look forward to this year. To name just a few examples; an extra night of music, a curious new stage ‘Ma Dahu’s’ featuring the likes of Mr. G and Moodymann, a collaboration with Smirnoff born from equalising the balance of male and female artists, Balamii Radio setting up camp across the whole four days, and a promisingly dark artist who rightly won the 2018 DJ competition, Duncan. With lots of interesting additions without the substitution of any fan favourites, we’re keen to get wiggy with the woodland warriors once more, and spread a little love whilst we’re at it. Now that the artists and stages have all been released, the only question is what vegetable will be in the field this time? Is it corn? Will it be turnips? It’s all luck of the draw.
