Dirt & Soul Collaborated // Serum & Dr Meaker

Dr Meaker is back with the 2nd single from his highly anticipated remix album “Dirt & Soul – Collaborated” forthcoming on Circus Records later this year.

Closing 2017 with the release of his acclaimed collaborative remix with drum & bass legend DJ Marky, the first single ‘Deep In My Heart’ peaked interest across a range of renowned platforms including the likes of YouTube tastemakers Liquicity, BBC Radio 1’s DJ Target and leading US Blog YourEDM.

Presenting the second instalment of the Dirt & Soul remix project, Dr Meaker joins forces with one of the hottest names in modern drum & bass at the moment; Serum. A combination of hard graft and over a decade of experience in DJing & production has seen Serum become a household name among a new breed of d&b producers. With releases on Bryan Gee’s Philly Blunt & Logan D’s Jump Up mecca Lowdown Deep, as well as the continued success of his collaborative project ‘Kings Of The Rollers’, 2017 saw Serum continue to hone his sound and build excitement around his vintage jungle and futuristic productions.

Injecting a refreshing blend of old-school analogue synths, warm jungle breaks and anthemic vocal hooks into this already vibey production, ‘Remedy’ ft. Romaine Smith (Serum & Dr Meaker & Remix) is sure to be making the rounds in sets across the land over the coming few months.

Dropping on Circus Records on 6th February, you can grab your copy of ‘Remedy’ ft. Romaine Smith (Dr Meaker & Serum Remix) here.
